Today a huge leak for the upcoming Guardians Rising expansion set has revealed almost every single card in the set. Now, this isn’t the “English Set” numbering, but rather the two expansions from Japan: Islands Waiting For You and Moonlight of Alola! Regardless, these cards will be a part of the Guardians Rising expansion set when it releases. We will be updating the images later on, but for now you can see the text of most of the cards.

Niantic Labs has started rolling out a warning to players about using third party apps with their Pokémon Go game. This includes any app that allows users to “change the way the game is played” and not how Niantic intended for it to be played. These include Pokémon finder apps, gps spoofing, and IV calculators.

Nintendo and Game Freak have announced the distribution of the Mewtwo Mega Stones for Pokémon Sun and Moon. They are planning on releasing most Mega Stones via distribution over a period of time. Beedrill will be the next distribution as it will be receiving Beedrillite and Mawilite for entering in the 2017 International Challenge which begins on March 7th 2017. A shared serial code will be given out in April for both of these.
Niantic has announced three new features that will be coming to Pokémon Go this year. These new features could revitalize the whole game and get players that have dropped the game back into it. The 20th movie in the Pokémon franchise, dubbed “Pokémon I Choose You”, has just received its first trailer. The trailer honestly doesn’t show much more than what you’ve probably already seen. It is also in Japanese, as an English version has not yet been released.
Hot on the heels of the announcement of the Pokémon Advance Complete Collection comes yet another DVD announcement from Viz Media. The 19th movie in the long line of Pokémon movies will be releasing next month on DVD. It premiered on December 5th, 2016 on Disney XD. Viz Media has announced that they will bringing the Pokémon Advanced Complete Collection to DVD very soon! This is the sixth season of Pokémon, and sees Ash head off to his next challenge: the Hoenn Region! Meeting new friends and saying goodbye to old ones, this is a great season that you don’t want to miss!
February 27th, a.k.a. Pokémon day, marks the day the Pokémon video game debuted in Japan back in 1996. This makes it Pokémon’s 21st birthday. To celebrate this grand day, Nintendo, Niantic, Game Freak, and more are hosting special events on the day and throughout the week. This of course means a Pokémon Go Event.
