Pokémon Sun and Moon: Guardians Rising is just a few short months away from releasing. The Pokémon Sun & Moon expansion did very well, it got players back into the game that have been away from it a long time while also bringing in some new ones (such as me). The hype for Guardians Rising is building as new cards are revealed, we have quite a few below to show you – and they look amazing! At the beginning of this week, we announced some new information regarding the Guardians Rising expansion set. This included announcements of most of the GX cards, as well as the confirmation of Alolan Vulpix and Ninetails. While we are still a little under three months away from the set releasing, that’s not stopping new leaks of cards in the set from showing up. We have the cards and the translations for four new cards from the Guardians Rising TCG expansion set!
First announced almost two months ago was the Kingdra-EX box. While last month the Scizor-EX Box was and the Mimikyu Pin Collection was announced. Unfortunately there wasn’t any boxart or product images to go along with the announcements, but today The Pokémon Company has revealed these images.

The Pokémon Sun & Moon TCG expansion just launched a couple of days ago, but that didn’t stop The Pokémon Company from announcing the next expansion before it launched. Today, new information has come out about the “Guardians Rising” TCG expansion set – including some picture of the elite trainer box, some new Alolan Pokémon that will be featured, and some of the GX cards that have been announced.
While the Pokémon Sun & Moon TCG expansion hasn’t “officially” released yet, that’s not stopping The Pokemon Company from going ahead and announcing the next expansion set. It is called Pokémon Sun & Moon: Guardians Rising and it will feature the Tapu’s from Sun & Moon!
Empoleon is getting ready to make its debut into Pokken Tournament very soon. Some of it’s moves include Drill Peck – which enables it to zip across the field. An ice attack that can make opponents slip up or allow Empoleon to get closer quicker. It also can stun opponents with an overhead slash of its wings and trap enemies inside a rock. Empoleon is now the fourth new Pokémon to debut in Pokken Tournament, the other three being Darkrai, Scizor, and Crogunk. Continue reading after the jump for a video of Empoleon.
