One of the main draws to any Pokémon game is battling against other players. Whether it’s on the 3Ds or on Pokémon Go for mobile phones, it’s a test of who’s going to be the very best “like no one ever was!” Today, we’re going to recap what the best attackers and defenders are since the generation 2 release.
Niantic Labs has started rolling out a warning to players about using third party apps with their Pokémon Go game. This includes any app that allows users to “change the way the game is played” and not how Niantic intended for it to be played. These include Pokémon finder apps, gps spoofing, and IV calculators.
Niantic has announced three new features that will be coming to Pokémon Go this year. These new features could revitalize the whole game and get players that have dropped the game back into it. One of those features will be an all-new revamped gym system, which is greatly needed. The other two will be trading and PVP. New details have come out about how trading will work. February 27th, a.k.a. Pokémon day, marks the day the Pokémon video game debuted in Japan back in 1996. This makes it Pokémon’s 21st birthday. To celebrate this grand day, Nintendo, Niantic, Game Freak, and more are hosting special events on the day and throughout the week. This of course means a Pokémon Go Event.

It’s finally here, Generation 2 Pokémon. Albeit not all of the Gen 2 are releasing just yet, but plenty enough to get people excited about the game again. Not only are there new Pokémon releasing, but quite a bit of new items and features are coming to it too this week!
