Pokémon Sun/Moon Boosters Re-Introduce The 11th Card

With the official launch of the Pokémon Sun & Moon TCG expansion just a couple of weeks away, some new information has come about regarding how many cards you will receive per booster pack. The number is 11 now, instead of 10. Why? Because they are re-introducing the energy cards back into the booster packs for Sun & Moon.

These energy cards are unnumbered and do not have a set symbol. As fars the pulls go, it will remain the same as before with the exception of the energy card. You will get 5 commons, 3 uncommons, 1 reverse holo, a rare, a PTCGO code card, and the Basic Energy card. Sun & Moon is also introducing a new reverse holo style, which you can see below in the images (along with the new energy cards).

Here are the new reverse holos:

The three theme decks from Sun & Moon are going to be released this weekend. You can still pre-order these from ToyWiz as of right now. The pre-releases events are starting this weekend and next weekend. If you’re wanting to participate, check out the Event Locator on Pokemon.com to find one in your area. The set will officially release on February 3rd.

Who has their booster box or theme decks pre-ordered? I know we do 🙂
